Last updated: November 2026. These terms apply to the BackyardAce website and online store. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Seller

2. Products and information

We do our best to show accurate descriptions, images and prices. Small colour differences can depend on your screen. Images are for illustration.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Sales tax is added where required. Promotions apply as stated on the site. Payment is handled through the checkout methods available; full card details are processed by the payment providers, not by BackyardAce.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we confirm the order by email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing or information error, unavailability or suspected fraud, and will refund what you paid.

5. Shipping and returns

6. Safety and supervision

Use the product in a free, safe space. Never wrap the cord around the neck or other body parts. Users under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Stop using the product if it is damaged.

7. Use of the site

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, interference with the service, automated data collection or anything that could harm the store or other users.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, images, logos and brand elements of BackyardAce may not be copied, changed or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BackyardAce is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without affecting any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
